Pilar paling mendasar dari segala hal. Singapura adalah contohnya. Masyarakat teratur karena dari kecil dididik untuk jadi orang teratur (lewat kurikulum di sekolah2). Ditambah perangkat hukum yang tegas untuk mengatur orang. Jadi, ya sukses. * Asumsi: saya pikir penunggang kardus itu juga pernah sekolah meski cuma SD* :D Saya pikir ujung-ujungnya masalah pendidikan. Pilar paling mendasar dari segala hal.
